My brother and sister-in-law are trying to get pregnant, and when the announcement comes I want to give my sister-in-law a goodie basket with stuff to use for her pregnancy – nothing for the baby yet but stuff just for her. I have some ideas such as stretch mark cocoa butter lotion, prenatal vitamins, gift cards to maternity stores…but I want it full and brimming and exciting! I’ve never been pregnant before so I need ideas of stuff she can use – anything at all! I’m so excited to get a nephew or a niece!

Your gift basket ideas seem great, and its very sweet of you : ) Hmmm perhaps some ginger tablets or anything with ginger root in it would be good to go in there, it really helps with nausea if she is unlucky enough to get it. Also the book ideas sound good : ) Or even some pregnancy magazines, the ones that have the real life birth stories in them, those are great. You could get preggy pops which are lolly pops to help pregnant women with nausea.
